3 Top Tips for Studying:

  1. Make yourself uncomfortable! That’s right! Don’t let your cheeks touch the couch or your bed until you have reached your study goal for the day.
  2. Take a BREAK. Yes, you have a planner full of things due very soon, but mindless reading will not result in retention of material.
  3. Treat yourself! By this I don’t mean load up on sugars and all of your favorite treats…Treat your body to fuel that is beneficial for concentration and health.

Sunday: 2:00 PM-7:00 PM
